Half City Roast

The jewel of the Sidama zone in Ethiopia, our featured light roast is slightly sweet, with hints of fruit and chocolate. The cherries are handpicked by indigenous smallholder farmers at the peak of ripeness and dried using the "Natural" process, which leaves the cherry on the bean as it dries. This process infuses the beans with their signature bright fruity flavor.

 We recommend purchasing all of our roasts as whole bean, however we would be glad to grind them for you in either a standard drip, espresso or coarse grind.
