Rising from the rich volcanic soil in Kintamani, Bali comes our Darker Roast. It is an organic Arabica varietal, hand picked by smallholder farmers. A relatively uncommon process of "wet hulling" the coffee cherries results in a robust, deep coffee.
Tasting notes include dark chocolate, black cherry and brown sugar. Our dark roast is perfect for espresso, but can be enjoyed as a standard drip and our coarse grind is a favorite for cold-brew enthusiasts.
As always, we recommend purchasing as whole bean to maximize freshness, but we are happy to grind your beans to order on the day they are shipped!
